The Second Generation Online Interactive DSP
Earphones and mobile phone are not included.
Professional DSP
The updated MOONDROP app lets users apply preset sound profiles or customise a parametric equaliser through a more precise and user-friendly tuning interface.
Adjust filter type, frequency point, gain and Q value, then reference an extensive headphone frequency-response database during the tuning process.
Due to iOS permissions, app-based tuning is supported on Android. iOS users can use settings after they have been configured on an Android device.

Tuning Community
Download tuning profiles created by other FreeDSP Mini and FreeDSP Pro users, then apply them directly to the FreeDSP Mini.
Professionals and music enthusiasts can create profiles for correcting headphone timbre, adapting different music styles and serving specific use cases, then upload and share their configurations with the community.
Submitted configurations are subject to approval. Shared profiles are displayed with the user’s ID.

Web Tuning
When app tuning is unavailable, FreeDSP Mini can be adjusted through the web-based Tuning Community.
The desktop interface provides detailed controls, a clearer profile library and convenient synchronisation between the website account, database and mobile app.
Use Microsoft Edge 135 or later, or Google Chrome 131 or later, to access the web tuning tool.

Frequency Response Library
Browse a comprehensive library of headphone frequency-response curves and target curves.
Use them as a starting point, apply them directly or continue fine-tuning to match your preferred sound. New response curves are continually added to expand compatibility.

Automatic EQ
The MOONDROP web tool and Android app update together. Select or upload an original response curve, choose a target response and let the system calculate the EQ parameters automatically.
Flagship Decoder
FreeDSP Mini uses the Cirrus Logic CS43198 flagship decoding chip for reference-level portable HiFi playback.
It supports PCM from 16-bit/44.1kHz up to 32-bit/384kHz, together with DSD256 decoding.

Measured Performance
A high-performance LDO-powered audio design delivers a dynamic range of up to 127dB, THD+N as low as 0.00017%, and powerful 80mW + 80mW output at 16Ω.
Data provided by the MOONDROP R&D Centre using APX555 measurement equipment.
Microphone Support
The 3.5mm four-pole output supports CTIA-standard in-line microphones.
Pair it with compatible earphones for calls, live streaming, gaming, karaoke and more.

Driver-Free Connectivity
Connect FreeDSP Mini directly to compatible phones, computers and tablets through USB-C.
Wired digital transmission avoids Bluetooth delay and preserves audio quality without requiring a dedicated driver.
